LEY 74 de 13 de noviembre de 2017, sobre Movilidad de Ciclismo en la República de Panamá

El Ministerio de Obras Públicas de Panamá brinda una variedad de servicios, los cuales hemos organizado en tres grandes categorías, disponibles a continuación.

A partir del 2 de julio de 2018, los nombramientos de servidores públicos para cargos correspondientes a Carrera Administrativa (Cargos Permanentes), se efectuarán mediante concursos.
La Ley 23 del 12 de mayo de 2017, en su Artículo 2 (que reforma la ley 9 de 20 de junio de 1994) artículo 62. Que establece las convocatorias para la aplicación del procedimiento ordinario de ingreso se llevarán a cabo por convocatoria pública.
PUEDEN PARTICIPAR EN ESTA CONVOCATORIA PÚBLICA
- Todos los ciudadanos panameños interesados en ingresar al Sistema de Carrera Administrativa en el Sector Público.
- Ser panameño.
- Cumplir con los requisitos del puesto que se establecen en el Manual Institucional de Clases Ocupacionales.
- Participar en los concursos de selección realizando pruebas establecidas para el puesto.
- Presentación de constancia de idoneidad en caso del que el puesto así lo requiera.
- No tener vínculos de parentesco hasta el tercer grado de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad con la Autoridad Nominadora.
- No estar inhabilitado para el ejercicio de cargos públicos.
- Completar la Solicitud de Inscripción.
- Recopilar los documentos señalados como requisitos mínimos del puesto a concurso.
- Enviar por el correo señalado o presentar a la Oficina de Recursos Humanos de la institución la documentación correspondiente, en el período de inscripción señalado, en el aviso de la convocatoria pública.
